Terms and Conditions

1. Offer is valid on all alrajhi bank Black & Infinite credit cards.
2. Padel offer usage is capped to 2 per card per month during the offer period.
3. Padel offer are applicable on the list of Padel courts which is available on alrajhi bank’s Thriwe portal.
4. Only Padel bookings made through alrajhi bank Thriwe portal are eligible for this offer.
5. Bookings must be made at least (72) hours in advance, and may be made up to (15) days prior to the desired date.
6. All Padel court bookings are subject to availability, and alrajhi bank bears no obligation to provide an alternative booking in the event of unavailability.
7. Only the Cardholder is entitled to make bookings and may bring a maximum of (3) guests.
8. Bookings are non-transferable, and any bookings made under another person’s name will not be accepted.
9. The customer may be required to present an identification document, or its equivalent, at the Padel court for verification purposes. Failure to present such documentation shall entitle the court to reject the booking without any liability on the Bank.
10. Any additional playtime exceeding the duration specified in the list of Padel courts available on the website shall be subject to additional fees, payable directly by the customer at the court, with no liability on the Bank.
11. Equipment rental fees may apply at certain Padel courts, and such equipment shall be subject to actual availability at the court. All related fees shall be payable directly by the customer, and the Bank shall bear no obligation or liability to reimburse the customer for such fees.
12. The rules, regulations, and terms and conditions of the Padel court shall apply. The court reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking in the event of non-compliance, without any liability on the Bank.
13. In the event that a booking cannot be honored due to events or occasions held at certain venues, the customer shall be notified at least (3) days prior to the scheduled booking date, and the booking shall be amended or rescheduled to another suitable date, without any further obligation on the Bank.
14. The offer applies upon meeting a minimum spending requirement of 7,500 SAR using the card during the month in which the booking was raised. If the minimum spending requirement is not met, a fee of 250 SAR will be charged per game. (E-wallets top up, Cash Transfer from the card to current account inside and outside the bank, Cash Withdrawal, SADAD Bill Payments, as well as purchases done through SADAD are excluded from the spending condition).
15. Any cancellation made within (24) hours of the scheduled booking time will be considered as a redeemed use.
16. The Card must be active and free from any overdue payments in order to be eligible for the offer.
17. An authorization hold of SAR 3 will be placed on the Card to verify its validity, which will subsequently be reversed.
18. alrajhi bank holds the right to amend or change the T&C of the offer including the campaign duration.
